Franky’s Playing Cards Gift With Purchase Promo
Terms and Conditions

The Promoter:
“The Promoter” is Pals (Master of Ceremonies Ltd) - 1/317-319 New North Road, Auckland
CBD, Auckland 1021, New Zealand.

The Promotion:
● Summary of promotion: The promotion is an in-store gift with purchase promotion for
Franky’s playing cards.
● By participating in the promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted
these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

How to enter
● Purchase any two (2) “Participating Products” Franky’s 6% 10pk 330ml, products
from a participating store “Qualifying Purchase”.
● After making a “Qualified purchase”, entrants will receive 1 x pack of Franky’s playing
cards within the participating store while stocks last.
● The in store gift with purchase promotion will run from 9am 03/08/2026 until 11.59pm
31/09/2026 or until stocks last.

Who can enter?
● Entry is open to New Zealand citizens and residents only.
● 18 years old at the time of entry.
● Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter these promotions.
● Store owners and store employees are not eligible to enter these promotions.

The gift
● There is one (1) pack of playing cards to be received for each “Qualifying
Purchase”. The playing cards are valued at RRP $10

The conditions of entry

The promotion:
● The promoter reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at
any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the
competition.
● Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of purchase might
result in the entry being invalid.
● No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries.
● The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole
discretion. The promoter also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an
entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage
in participating or won by using fraudulent means.

Fulfilment of Prize
● The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
● The store will give each entrant one (1) pack of Franky’s Playing cards per purchase.
● The promoter is not responsible for any damaged or lost playing cards.
● The promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
● If the winners do not accept any element of the prize, the promoter is not obliged to
provide the winner with a substitute prize.
