Franky’s Mardi Gras Queenstown Ticket Promo (Bottle O Cumberland) Terms and Conditions

The Promoter:
“The Promoter” is Pals (Master of Ceremonies Ltd) - 1/317-319 New North Road, Auckland
CBD, Auckland 1021, New Zealand.

The Promotion:
● Summary of promotion: The promotion is an in-store competition to win 4 x VIP
tickets to Mardi Gras Queenstown. There is 1 x prize to be won from one
participating store.
● By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these
terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.

How to enter
● Purchase any “Participating Product” Franky’s 6% 10pk 330ml, product from a
participating store “Qualifying Purchase”.
● After making a “Qualified purchase”, entrants must fill in the entry form within the
participating store and put it inside the entry box.
● After the promotion period finishes, the store owner will draw a winner.
● There is 1 x prize of 4 x VIP passes to Mardi Gras Queenstown to be won in the
single participating store.
● The in-store promotion will run from 9am 5/05/26 until 11.59pm 28/06/26.
● The store will randomly draw the winner on 29/6/2026.

Who can enter?
● Entry is open to New Zealand citizens and residents only.
● 18 years old at the time of entry.
● Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter these promotions.
● Store owners and store employees are not eligible to enter these promotions.

The prize
● There is one (1) prize of 4 x VIP tickets to be won in the one (1) participating store.
● The 4 x VIP Mardi Gras Queenstown tickets are valued at $750 each.
● The total prize pool is $3,000.

The conditions of entry

The promotion:
● The promoter reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at
any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the
competition.

Entering the competition:
● Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry
might result in the entry being invalid.
● No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries. Any entries from fake accounts
will be considered void.
● The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole
discretion. The promoter also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an
entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage
in participating or won by using fraudulent means.

Prize Draw
● At the end of the “promotion period”, the store owners will randomly draw 1 x entry
forms out of the entry box which will be the 1 winner.
● The store will contact the winner to confirm they made a participating purchase and
therefore deemed the winner.
● All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner via email or phone.
Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
● The store is responsible for handing over the prize to the winner.

Fulfilment of Prize
● The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
● The store will give the (1) one winner 4 x VIP Mardi Gras Queenstown tickets each.
● The promoter is not responsible for any damaged or lost tickets.
● The promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
● If the winners do not accept any element of the prize, the promoter is not obliged to
provide the winner with a substitute prize.
