Franky’s Fisher Ticket Giveaway (Tauranga) Terms and Conditions

The Promoter:

“The Promoter” is Pals (Master of Ceremonies Ltd) - 2 Galatos Street, Auckland CBD,
Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

The Promotion:

● Summary of promotion: The promotion is an in-store competition to win 1 x double
pass to Fisher from participating stores. There are 5 stores in Tauranga and 1 x
double pass to be won in each of the participating stores.
● By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these
terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
● Entrants can also tag @drinkfrankys on instagram to go in the “second chance
prize draw” for 4 x VIP FISHER tickets.

How to enter

● Purchase any “Participating Product” Franky’s 6% 10pk 330ml, product from a
participating store “Qualifying Purchase”.
● After making a “Qualified purchase”, entrants must fill in the entry form within the
participating store and put it inside the entry box.
● After the promotion period finishes, the store owner will draw a winner for their store.
There is 1 x double pass to be won in each of the participating stores.
● The in-store promotion will run from 9am 21/01/26 until 11.59pm 29/01/26.
● The store will randomly draw the winner on 30/1/2026.
● “second chance prize draw” entrants must tag @drinkfrankys on instagram for the
chance to win 4 x VIP tickets to Fisher. @drinkfrankys will randomly draw the winner
on the 30th January and contact the winner via dm. Entrants must be 18+. Franky’s
is not responsible for travel, expenses or accommodation.

Who can enter?

● Entry is open to New Zealand citizens and residents only.
● 18 years old at the time of entry.
● Employees of the promoter are not eligible to enter these promotions.
● Store owners and store employees are not eligible to enter these promotions.

The prize

● There is one (1) prize to be won in the five (5) participating stores. The double pass
is valued at RRP $200 each (single ticket).
● The total prize pool is $2,000.

The conditions of entry

The promotion:

● The promoter reserves the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at
any time at its sole discretion, including extending, postponing or cancelling the
competition.

Entering the competition:

● Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry
might result in the entry being invalid.
● No responsibility will be taken for incomplete entries. Any entries from fake accounts
will be considered void.
● The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole
discretion. The promoter also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an
entrant who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, gained an unfair advantage
in participating or won by using fraudulent means.

Prize Draw

● At the end of the “promotion period”, the store owners will randomly draw 1 x entry
form out of the entry box which will be the winner.
● The store will contact the winner to confirm they made a participating purchase and
therefore deemed the winner.
● All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner via email or phone.
Should those attempts fail, another winner will be drawn or selected.
● The store is responsible for handing over the prize to the winner.

Fulfilment of Prize

● The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
● The store will give the winner 1 x double pass to Fisher.
● The promoter is not responsible for any damaged or lost tickets.
● The promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
● If the winners do not accept any element of the prize, the promoter is not obliged to
provide the winner with a substitute prize.
